Message	usually involves people racing. That road is a magnet for idiots who think that because they drive good on PS3 Gran Turismo, that they can do the same in real life. Luckily nobody was injured here, except for society which has to continue to deal with this individual unfortunately. Sometimes those gene pools just don't want to die off.
